I bought a 330 from Brecht BMW in San Diego county a few months ago.
I gave them all the proper bank info to set up an auto bank draft for payments. The problems started right away with BMW telling me my account was closed...it isn't! I have (had) excellent credit too! I gave them the account #'s again and again and they still screwed it up.
They have called me every day for a month demanding payment, sometimes twice a day. The dealer said they would fix the problem...they didn't. I finally sent them a cashiers check to pay off the entire loan and they are still calling to demand payment.
I would not recommend BMW Financial to anyone. This has been the worst treatment I have ever experienced from any organization. I can't even muster an apology from them
